Model 1: Adjusted for age (< 65 or > = 65years), sex (male or female), race/ethnicity (Hispanic Mexican, non-Hispanic black, non-Hispanic white, or others), marital status (married/Cohabitating, not married), family income-to-poverty ratio (< 1.0, 1.0–3.0, or ≥ 3.0), education level (less than high school, high school or equivalent, or college or above);
