Recombinant full-length human rabphilin-3A expressed in HEK293FT cells (RPH3A) or negative control (-) were probed with serum from the present case (patient) or from a patient who was diagnosed with LINH by biopsy previously (positive control patient). Recombinant full-length human rabphilin-3A expressed in HEK293FT cells was also probed with an anti-V5 antibody as a positive control (Anti-V5 antibody) in the first lane from the left.
